摘  要:作为绝缘介质的变压器油在变压器中具有冷却,绝缘以及消除电弧的功能,对变压器的安全运行起着重要的作用。为了确保变压器油的质量,保障变压器安全运行,需要对变压器油在使用前及使用中的组成及性能进行监控。由于变压器的监控项目较多,涉及到的测定方法和仪器复杂,成本相对较高,而红外光谱作为一种简便快速及低成本的分析技术,可以用来检测变压器油的组成及性能,及时对变压器油的质量进行评估,快速有效地判断变压器的运行状况。对红外光谱在变压器油组成(抗氧剂,基础油结构族,水分,颗粒污染物,溶解性气体及糠醛)和性能(酸值,闭口闪点,黏度及密度)检测中的应用进行了综述。Transformer oils,as an insulating medium,play an important role in the safe operation of transformers by providing cooling,insulation and arc suppression functions.To ensure the quality of transformer oil and guarantee safe operation of transformers,it is necessary to monitor the compositions and performance of transformer oil before and during use.Due to the complexity of monitoring projects involving multiple determination methods and instruments,the cost is relatively high.Infrared spectroscopy,as a simple,fast and low-cost analysis technology,can be used to detect the compositions and performance of transformer oil to evaluate its quality in a timely manner,and to quickly and effectively determine the operating status of the transformer.The application of infrared spectroscopy in the detection of transformer oil compositions(antioxidants,base oil structure,moisture,particulate pollutants,dissolved gases and furfural)and performance(acid number,closed cup flash point,viscosity and density)is reviewed.
