润滑油对TGDI汽油发动机颗粒物排放的影响考察

摘　　要：汽车排放是城市细颗粒物的主要来源,降低汽车的尾气排放以满足“国六b”以及未来新排放法规的要求已成为传统燃油车企关注的焦点之一。汽油机油的基础油类型及黏度等级对颗粒物排放的影响研究较少,因此有必要开展汽油机油对颗粒物排放影响的考察工作,为未来实施更严苛的排放法规提前做好技术准备。用1.5TGDI汽油发动机进行模拟试验,就汽油机油的基础油类型及黏度等级对颗粒物排放的影响进行了考察。在相同的WLTC模式下,相比于Ⅱ类基础油,用Ⅲ类基础油或PAO基础油调配的汽油机油有助于改善PM和PN23颗粒物的排放。低黏度等级(0W-16)的汽油机油较高黏度等级(0W-20)的汽油机油排放的PN23(23 nm~560 nm)颗粒物数量更少,但小于100 nm的颗粒物会更多。Ⅱ类基础油,Ⅲ类基础油或PAO基础油调配的汽油机油均可满足“国六b”的排放要求。Automobile emissions are the main source of fine particulate matter in cities,and reducing the exhaust emissions of automobiles to meet the requirements of"National VIB"and new emission regulations in the future has become one of the focuses of traditional fuel vehicle companies.There are few studies on the impact of base oil type and viscosity grade on particulate emissions,so it is necessary to investigate the impact of gasoline engine oil on particulate emissions,so as to prepare for the implementation of more stringent emission regulations in the future.A simulation test was carried out with a 1.5TGDI gasoline engine to investigate the influence of base oil type and viscosity grade of gasoline engine oil on particulate matter emissions.Under the same WLTC mode,gasoline engine oils formulated with Group Ⅲ base oils or PAOs help improve PM and PN23 particulate matter emissions compared to Group Ⅱ base oils.Gasoline engine oil with low viscosity grade(OW-16)has less PN23(23 nm~560 nm)particles emtted by gasoline engine oil with higher viscosity grade(0W-20),but more particles which are smaller than 100 nm.The blended gasoline engine oils of Group Ⅱ base oils,Group Ⅲ base oils or PAO base oils can all meet the emission requirements of"National VIB".
