摘  要:糖尿病(DM)是临床上的常见病及多发病,关于DM的基础研究依然是目前的研究热点。四氧嘧啶为构建DM模型常用药物,是DM基础研究的关键环节。国内外报道其成模率较低,成模后造成多组织损伤,使实验结果产生偏倚。本文总结近年构建DM模型采用的剂量及对各组织的损害,为DM基础实验提供适宜造模剂量及降低实验误差提供理论依据。Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic,and the basic research on DM is still a research highlight at present.As a commonly used medicine to construct DM models,alloxan is a key link in the basic research of DM.It has been reported at home and abroad that the molding rate is relatively low,and it may cause multiple tissue damage after molding,resulting in biased experimental results.In this paper,the dosage used to construct DM models and the damage of alloxan to various tissues in recent years are summarized,so as to provide a theoretical basis for appropriate modeling dosage for DM basic experiments and for reducing experimental errors.
