复方玄驹胶囊对精索静脉结扎术后精子DNA碎片指数及性功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨复方玄驹胶囊对显微镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术(MV)后精子脱氧脱糖核酸(DNA)碎片指数(DFI)及性功能的影响。方法 选择2016年1月至2019年12月在金华市人民医院78例MV 12个月后精子DFI仍然增高患者,使用随机数表法分为复方玄驹胶囊治疗组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组),每组各39例,药物治疗12周后比较精子DFI;采用国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)问卷评分对两组患者性功能进行问卷调查。结果 治疗前两组DFI、IIEF评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12周后,治疗后治疗组的DFI低于对照组,治疗组IIEF评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为89.74%,优于对照组的56.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 复方玄驹胶囊对MV后DFI增高的患者治疗有效,可降低患者精子DFI,提高患者性功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Fufangxuanju capsule on sperm deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)fragmentation index(DFI)and sexual function after microsurgical varicocelectomy(MV).Methods A total of 78 cases of MV at Jinhua People’s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected,and after 12 months,the sperm DFI still increased.A random number table method was used,with 39 cases in the treatment group treated with Fufangxuanju Capsules by singular numbers(treatment group)and 39 cases in the control group treated with routine treatment(control group).Sperm DFI was compared after 12 weeks of drug treatment;The international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)scoring was used to investigate the sexual function of two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in DFI and IIEF scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After 12 weeks of treatment,the DFI of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the IIEF score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.74%,which was better than 56.41%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Fufangxuanju capsule is effective in treating patients with increased DFI after MV,reducing sperm DFI and improving sexual function.
