摘　　要：目的调查涪陵区预防接种人员对预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测知识的掌握、监测报告的认知情况,并对AEFI报告进行影响因素分析。方法通过自行设计的问卷于2022年4—5月由调查员现场对各接种单位所有预防接种工作人员发放电子问卷,调查数据采用描述性流行病学方法、χ^(2)检验及logistic回归分析进行统计。结果463名调查对象AEFI监测知识平均得分为(4.13±1.14)分。调查对象对AEFI报告态度整体上较为积极,但仍有17.49%的调查对象认为开展AEFI监测是额外工作负担。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:职称较高(OR=1.529,95%CI:1.152~2.030)、免疫规划工作年限较长(OR=1.503,95%CI:1.149~1.967)、参加培训(OR=3.277,95%CI:2.103~5.106)以及专职人员(OR=2.084,95%CI:1.181~3.677)都会促进AEFI报告率的提高。结论应加强对基层预防接种相关工作人员AEFI监测工作的培训,提高AEFI监测工作的认知和监测意识,从而提高AEFI监测工作的质量。Objective To investigate the mastery of AEFI monitoring knowledge and cognition of monitoring reports among vaccination personnel in the Fuling District,and to analyze the influencing factors of adverse event following immunization(AEFI)reports.Methods From April to May 2022,a self-designed questionnaire was distributed to all vaccination workers in various vaccination units by investigators on-site.The survey data was analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methods,chi-square tests,and logistic regression analysis.Results The average score of AEFI monitoring knowledge among 463 respondents was(4.13±1.14).The respondents had an overall positive attitude towards AEFI reporting,but 17.49%of them still believed that conducting AEFI monitoring was an additional workload.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that higher professional titles(OR=1.529,95%CI:1.152-2.030),longer years of work in immunization planning(OR=1.503,95%CI:1.149-1.967),participation in training(OR=3.277,95%CI:2.103-5.106),and full-time staff(OR=2.084,95%CI:1.181-3.677)all contributed to the improvement of AEFI reporting rate.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the training of AEFI monitoring work for grassroots vaccination workers,improve their cognition and awareness of AEFI monitoring work,and thus improve the quality of AEFI monitoring work.
