优化成分献血微信电话综合预约招募模式的成效分析

摘　　要：目的 随着临床单采血小板成分血液应用水平极大提升,临床需求量应用量持续增长,由于单采血小板保存时间很短、采集需要时间长、临床需求易偏型的实际情况,成分献血者招募预约一直面临着现实的困难和挑战,因此献血者招募宣传工作的创新和探索非常重要。本研究分析临沂中心血站近年成分献血微信电话综合预约招募模式的应用,以利于引导动员更多更安全的献血者参与单采血小板的采集和捐献,进一步提升单采血小板成分血液采集水平。方法 回顾我站2018—2022年度成分献血者献血人次、献血量的增长变化数据,通过数据的对比对该策略总结分析,并对其成效进行评价。结果 2018—2022各年度成分献血量持续稳步较大幅度增长,2020年度成分献血量增长比率达到15.90%,成为历史高点;各年度成分献血不仅是献血量的显著增长,更是呈现了高质量的发展,安全的固定献血者占比持续大幅提升,2022年固定献血者人次占比达到97.64%,达到历史新高;成分献血服务工作对献血者保留成效明显,2022年献血者流失为0人次。结论 本站从2016年起,探索实施微信电话综合预约招募策略,取得了好的成效,切实保障了临床单采血小板成分血液的充足和安全供应,成分献血业务工作实现了高质量发展。Objective With the significant improvement in the level of blood application of apheresis platelet components in clinical practice,the demand for clinical use continues to grow.Due to the short storage time,long collection time,and the fact that clinical needs are prone to bias,the recruitment appointment of component blood donors for apheresis platelet faces practical difficulties and challenges.Therefore,innovation and exploration in the recruitment and promotion of blood donors are very important.This article studied and analyzed the application of the WeChat telephone comprehensive appointment recruitment model for component blood donation at Linyi Central Blood Station in recent years,to guide and mobilize a larger number of safer blood donors to participate in the collection and donation of apheresis platelets,so as to further improve the level of blood collection for apheresis platelet components.Methods The growth and changes in the number of blood donors and blood donation volume from our station from 2018 to 2022 were reviewed,the strategy was summarized and analyzed through data comparison,and its effectiveness was evaluated.Results The volume of component blood donation continued to steadily increase significantly from 2018 to 2022,and the growth rate of component blood donation reached 15.90%in 2020,becoming a historical high point;Annual component blood donation not only represented a significant increase in blood donation volume,but also presented its highquality development.The proportion of safe regular blood donors continued to increase significantly,reaching a historic high of 97.64%in 2022;The effectiveness of component blood donation services in retaining blood donors was significant,with a loss of 0 blood donor in 2022.Conclusion Since 2016,our station has been exploring and implementing the WeChat telephone comprehensive appointment recruitment strategy,with good results achieved and sufficient and safe supply of clinical apheresis platelet component blood effectively ensured,thus achieving
