柴归颗粒治疗水瘀互结型Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察柴归颗粒治疗水瘀互结型Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将80例水瘀互结型Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例(实际完成27例)口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组40例(实际完成35例)口服柴归颗粒治疗,2组均治疗6周。比较2组治疗前后前列腺液白细胞计数、卵磷脂小体、美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、病情轻重分级,并统计2组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果2组治疗前后组内及组间前列腺液白细胞计数、卵磷脂小体比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后病情程度显著缓解(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后病情程度无明显改善(P>0.05)。2组治疗后病情程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴归颗粒治疗水瘀互结型Ⅲ型前列腺炎疗效显著,不良反应少,可以改善NIH-CPSI评分。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaigui granule on typeⅢprostatitis(water-stasis stagnation type).Methods Eighty patients with typeⅢprostatitis(water-stasis stagnation type)were randomly assigned to the treatment group(n=40,completed 35 cases)and the control group(n=40,completed 27 cases),in which they were treated with oral Chaigui granule and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsule,respectively.A 6-week treatment was performed to compare leukocytes and lecithin bodies count in prostatic fluid,the National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI),severity of disease classification.The curative effect and adverse reactions were assessed.Results The difference was not statistically significant in the intragroup and intergroup leukocyte and lecithin body count in prostatic fluid between before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,NIH-CPSI scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),the decrease was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of disease in the treatment group was significantly relieved after treatment(P<0.05),which in the control group had no obvious(P>0.05).The degree of disease and incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group were comparable to the control group(both P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with typeⅢprostatitis(water-stasis stagnation type),Chaigui granule has significant curative effect,which can improve NIH-CPSI score,and with less adverse reactions.
