摘  要:目的观察单独电针足三里穴对肠易激综合征(IBS)模型大鼠结肠慢波放电与整体自主神经平衡性的调节作用,进一步了解单刺足三里穴治疗IBS的效应和机制。方法将36只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、电针组,造模后每组选用7只。模型组、电针组大鼠采用避水应激法制作IBS疾病模型。电针组取双侧足三里,连续电针治疗14天,模型组和对照组仅每天在相同时间内进行抓取、固定,不做电针治疗。麻醉状态下记录心电图,记录心率的低频信号(LF)、高频信号(HF),并记录结肠电信号,均使用Powerlab数据采集分析系统进行记录。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠结肠慢波频率明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,电针组大鼠结肠慢波频率升高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,模型组大鼠的LF、LF/HF明显升高(P<0.05),HF明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,电针组大鼠LF、LF/HF均明显降低(P<0.05),HF虽有升高趋势,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单独电针足三里穴对IBS模型大鼠的结肠运动功能可起到明显的改善作用,这一作用可能与改善了自主神经系统的平衡性有关。Objective To observe the regulatory effect of electroacupuncture(EA)at Zusanli(ST36)alone on slow-wave activity in colon and autonomic nerve balance in irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)rat models,and to further understand its effect and mechanism on IBS.Methods Thirty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group,model group and EA group.There are 7 animals in each group.Rats in the model group and the EA group were made for IBS model by closed water test.After modeling,rats in the EA group(at bilateral Zusanli,ST36)were treated continuously for 14 days,and rats in the model group and the control group were grabbed and fixed with the same method at the same time every day as the EA group,but they were not given EA intervention.Under anesthesia,the electrocardiography(ECG)was conducted,Power-lab data acquisition system was performed to record the low-frequency(LF)and high-frequency(HF)of heart rate,as well as colonic electricity activity.Results Compared with the control group,the slow wave rhythm of colonic in the model group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the slow wave rhythm of colonic in the EA group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,LF and LF/HF radio in the model group were significantly increased(P<0.05),but HF was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,LF and LF/HF radio in the EA group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),although HF had an increasing trend,the difference was not statistically significant between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Simple EA at Zusanli(ST36)can significantly repair colonic motility in IBS rats,which may be closely related to the balance restoration of autonomic nervous system in IBS rats.
