摘　　要：目的 评价延伸式健康教育对银屑病管理的影响效果。方法 计算机系统检索PubMed、FMRS、Web of science、Cochrane library、CINAHL、JBI循证卫生保健中心、中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),收集有关银屑病患者健康教育和延续护理的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2023年1月,并对文献进行质量评价和Meta分析。结果 共纳入15篇随机对照试验,干预组在生活质量、皮损改善程度、焦虑抑郁情绪上与对照组相比有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 延伸式健康教育能够改善银屑病患者的生活质量和焦虑抑郁情绪,减轻皮损严重程度。由于纳入的研究质量限制,尚需开展更多高质量研究为方案提供更可靠、具体的证据。Objective To evaluate the effect of extended health education on psoriasis.management.Methods A computer system was used to search PubMed,FMRS,Web of science,cochrane library,CINAHL,JBI evidence-based healthcare center,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)to collect randomized controlled trials related to health education and extended care for psoriasis patients.The search period was from the establishment of the database to January 2023,and the literatures were evaluated and analyzed by meta.Results A total of 15 randomized controlled trials were included,and the intervention group showed significant improvements in quality of life,degree of improvement of skin lesions,and anxiety and depression compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended health education can improve the quality of life,anxiety and depression of psoriasis patients,and reduce the severity of skin lesions.Due to limitations in the quality of the included studies,more high-quality studies are needed to provide more reliable and specific evidence for the programme.
