多重共同体构建视角下的中老铁路研究

摘　　要：由中国、老挝两国最高领导人亲自推动建设的中老铁路,吸引了国内外诸多学者的广泛关注。中老铁路运行至今已超一年,多项客观事实与最新数据表明其对铸牢中华民族共同体意识、整合老挝国民共同体、打造中老命运共同体,以及构建人类命运共同体均产生了积极正面的影响,初步实现了多重共同体的互利共赢。中老铁路在多重共同体构建中的潜力与价值尚未得到完全的释放与体现,随着中老铁路基础设施“硬联通”的实现,规则标准的“软联通”与国家人民的“心联通”有待进一步推进。多重共同体构建视角下的中老铁路研究,不仅可为当下共同体理论的实证研究提供新视角,而且有助于中国在国际上更好地讲述传播“中老铁路故事”。The China-Laos Railway,personally promoted by the top leaders of China and Laos,has attracted wide attention of many scholars both at home and abroad.The China-Laos Railway has been in operation for more than a year,and a number of objective facts and the latest data show that it has had a positive impact on consolidating the Chinese national community,integrating the Lao national community,forging the China-Laos community with a shared future,and building a community with a shared future for mankind,which has initially realized the mutual benefit and win-win results among the multiple communities mentioned above.The potential and value of the China-Laos Railway for the construction of multiple communities have not been full released and reflected.With the realization of the“hard connectivity”in infrastructure represented by the China-Laos Railway,the“soft connectivity”of rules and standards as well as the“heart connectivity”of the peoples need to be further promoted.The research on the China-Laos Railway in the context of constructing multiple communities can not only provide a new perspective for the current empirical research on the community theory,but also help China to better tell and spread the“China-Laos Railway story”to the world.
