摘　　要：近年来,受宏观大环境影响,我国经济增长出现较大幅度波动,在预期持续转弱影响下,民间投资下滑态势较为明显,尤其表现在民间资本对第三产业的投资上。本文对民间投资、第三产业与经济增长的一致性做了分析,同时也对新冠疫情以来我国民间资本投资第三产业的现实状况做了一般性分析,发现目前第三产业的民间投资主要存在投资意愿不强、投资信心不足、数字化投入不够的问题,并对如何提振与优化第三产业民间投资、助力经济增长提出相关建议。In recent years,under the influence of the macro environment,China's economic growth has fluctuated greatly.Under the influence of the expectation continuously weakening,the decline trend of private investment is more obvious,especially in the private capital investment in the tertiary industry.This paper briefly describes and analyzes the consistency among private investment,the tertiary industry and economic growth,and also analyzes the situation of private investment in the tertiary industry since epidemic.It is found that the current private investment in the tertiary industry mainly has problems such as weak investment willingness,insufficient investment confidence and insufficient digital investment.Some suggestions on how to boost and optimize private investment in the tertiary industry and promote economic growth are put forward.
