摘　　要：本文选取2004~2019年的省际面板数据,采用空间计量模型,探究产业结构变迁、环境规制对中国升级能源效率的影响机制。一方面,探讨了产业结构变迁、环境规制对能源效率的单一影响;另一方面,也考察了在环境规制的调节作用下产业结构变迁对能源效率的影响机制。同时,为了使研究结果更完善,本文从全样本、分时间、分区域三种角度分别进行探究分析。通过实证分析,得出以下结论:(1)中国能源效率指标具有显著的地理空间相关性和区域空间结构差异。(2)在全样本条件下,产业结构变迁和环境规制对中国省际能源效率具有正向影响,但也都表现出显著的负向空间溢出效应。二者的交互项在总指数方面显著为正,空间溢出效应为负。(3)分时间条件下,2012~2019年,产业结构变迁在环境规制的调节作用下能更好地发挥对能源效率的促进作用。(4)中西部地区更需注重环境规制和产业结构变迁的融合效应。This paper selects interprovincial panel data of from 2004 to 2019 and adopts spatial econometric model to explore the impact mechanism of industrial structure change and environmental regulation on China's energy efficiency upgrading.On the one hand,this paper discusses the single impact of industrial structure change and environmental regulation on energy efficiency;on the other hand,it also examines the impact mechanism of industrial structure change on energy efficiency under the regulatory role of environmental regulation.At the same time,in order to improve the research results,this paper conducts research and analysis from three perspectives:full sample,time division and sub-region.Through the empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)China's energy efficiency indicators have significant geospatial correlation and regional spatial structure differences.(2)Under the full sample condition,industrial structure change and environmental regulation have a positive impact on China's interprovincial energy efficiency,but they also show significant negative spatial spillover effects.The interaction term of the two is significantly positive in terms of the total index,and the spatial spillover effect is negative.(3)Under the time-divided condition,from 2012 to 2019,the change of industrial structure can better promote energy efficiency under the regulatory role of environmental regulations.(4)The central and western regions should pay more attention to the integration effect of environmental regulation and industrial structure change.
