摘　　要：国有农场作为农业建设中的国家队,是建设农业强国重要的经营主体之一。在保障国家粮食安全和农产品供给过程中,国有农场需要面向市场,沿着企业化方向发展,以提升国有土地资源利用效率和核心竞争力。当前,国有农场企业化改革仍面临着转型困难、现代企业制度建设不健全、现代农业建设水平不高等问题。今后仍需坚定不移地推进政企分开、创新完善经营管理制度,结合农场实际,推进资产资源整合,做大做强主导产业,做专做精优势产业,做好土特产文章,以三产融合发展和农业全产业链建设为抓手,进一步完善产业形态,更好地发挥国有农场在农业强国建设中的示范带动作用。Being national teams in developing agricultural industry,state-owned farms are one of the important business entities in building a strong agricultural country.In the process of ensuring national food security and agricultural product supply,state-owned farms need to be more market orientation and enterprise orientation,in order to improve the efficiency of state-owned land resource and the core competitiveness.The current reform of state-owned farms still faces difficulties in the transformation,incomplete construction of modern enterprise systems and incomplete construction of modern agriculture.In the future,it is still necessary to firmly promote the separation of government and enterprises,innovate and improve the agricultural management system with the characteristics of different farms to integrate assets and resources.The strategies of developing state-owned farms are to strengthen the leading industry,develop specialized and advantage industries,and focus on the local specialties of state-owned farms,taking integration of three industries and the construction of the entire agricultural industry chain as points to complete industrial patterns.Therefore,state-owned farms are able to better full their leading functions in building a strong agriculture country.
