摘　　要：天疱疮是一组累及皮肤和(或)黏膜的慢性自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病。天疱疮的发病与抗桥粒芯糖蛋白抗体形成有关,涉及B细胞介导的体液免疫,也与T细胞介导的细胞免疫有关。细胞因子在免疫应答的过程中发挥着重要作用,因此探索细胞因子在天疱疮发病机制中的作用有重要意义。本文对Th2细胞及其细胞因子与天疱疮发病的相关性进行综述,阐述Ⅱ型炎症相关细胞因子IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-10、IL-13、IL-31与天疱疮发病的关系,揭示Ⅱ型炎症反应在天疱疮发病机制中的作用。Pemphigus is a chronic autoimmune bullous skin disease that affects the skin and/or mucous membranes.The pathogenesis of pemphigus is closely associated with the formation of autoantibodies against desmoglein,involving B cell-mediated humoral immunity and T cell-mediated cellular immunity.Cytokines play a role in the immune response.Therefore,it is of great importance to explore the role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of pemphigus.This article reviews the association of Th2 cells and their cytokines,including IL-4,IL-5,IL-6,IL-10,IL-13 and IL-31,with the onset of pemphigus,thereby unraveling the pivotal role of typeⅡinflammatory responses in the pathogenesis of pemphigus.
