合水油田长2油藏暂堵转向剂的性能评价及现场应用

摘　　要：基于连续粒度分布的紧密堆积理论模型,计算并测试了在颗粒分布指数为0.40时复合暂堵剂的封堵压力达到最大值,封堵压力为18.6 MPa,同时分析了暂堵剂的溶解性、分散性和封堵能力。结果表明:在40℃条件下暂堵剂的水溶解率<8%,油溶解率大于93%,属于油溶水不溶型暂堵剂;暂堵剂颗粒在0.30%瓜胶压裂液中的沉降速率<4.8 mm/min,能够满足暂堵压裂施工要求;暂堵剂颗粒在封堵过程中会形成多的封堵层,最大耐压能力即为封堵压力为18.0 MPa,优选出适应于宁1*8区域暂堵转向压裂工艺的油溶性暂堵剂配方。结合现场的选井选层方法筛选出重复压裂潜力井,暂堵剂的封堵压力可达28.5 MPa,暂堵后较暂堵前施工压力增大16.0 MPa,压后日产油量为1.70 t/d,日增油量为1.58 t/d。Based on the close packing theoretical model with continuous particle size distribution,It was found that when the particle distribution index is 0.40,the pressure resistance of the temporary plugging agent was stronger,and the pressure resistance reached 18.6 MPa;This project systematically analyzed the size selection,solubility,dispersion and plugging ability of a temporary plugging agent.The oil-soluble temporary plugging agent suitable for the temporary plugging and fracturing process in this area is selected;Under the condition of 40℃,the water dissolution rate of the temporary plugging agent is less than 8%,and the oil dissolution rate is more than 93%,which belongs to the oil-soluble and water-insoluble temporary plugging agent;The settling rate of temporary plugging agent particles in 0.30%melon gum fracturing fluid is less than 4.8 mm/min,which can meet the requirements of temporary plugging fracturing construction;Temporary plugging agent particles will form many plugging layers during the plugging process,and the maximum pressure resistance is 18.0 MPa;Combined with the field well selection and layer selection method,the potential Wells of re-fracturing are screened out.It is found that the plugging pressure of the temporary plugging agent can reach 28.5 MPa through the field test,after the temporary plugging,the construction pressure increases 16.0 MPa compared with that before the temporary plugging,the daily oil production after the temporary plugging is 1.70 t/d,and the daily oil gain is 1.58 t/d,which provides important guiding significance for the refracturing of the whole area and other formations.
