超低渗油田环氧树脂新型堵剂研制与应用

摘　　要：针对鄂热多斯某低渗油田水平井对堵剂特殊要求,通过对不同稀释剂、增韧剂和固化剂、促进剂复配组合配方探讨,筛选了一种高柔韧性、黏结性能和初凝时间等性能适合于该油田水平井的理想堵剂,其优化配方为:添加树脂质量10%的稀释剂669、8%的增韧剂678以及固化剂促进剂GA-1。在该条件下树脂堵剂性能指标:25℃黏度为1220 mPa·s,剪切强度为17.4 MPa。50℃黏度为275 mPa·s,剪切强度为18.7 MPa,固化时间5 h;明堵剂耐盐性能良好。现场应用效果表明,该堵剂堵水效果良好,增产效果明显。A systematic study was conductedon the adaptability of epoxy resin to the special requirements of plugging agent for horizontal wells in the low-permeability oilfield in Ejedos.An ideal plugging agent with high flexibility,high bonding performance and initial setting time for horizontal wells in this field has been developed by combining different diluents,toughening agents,curing agents and accelerators.The performance indicators of the plugging agent are as follows:viscosity is 1220 mPa·s at 25℃,shear strength is 17.4 MPa,viscosity is 275 mPa·s at 50℃,shear strength is 18.7 MPa,curing time is 5 h.The salt resistance and SEM scan results indicate that the plugging agent has good performance.The on-site application results show that the plugging agent has good water plugging effect and significant production increase effect.
