摘 要:分别以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和N-(3-二甲氨基丙基)甲基丙烯酰胺(DPM)为单体,与丙烯酸酯通过乳液聚合制备了系列丙烯酸酯类聚合物,考察了制备条件对聚合物破乳性能的影响,测定了其界面张力。实验结果表明,适宜的工艺条件为:w(单体)=12.5%,m(丙烯酸乙酯)∶m(DPM)=1.5∶1,引发剂过硫酸铵加量为单体总质量的0.5%,乳化剂十四烷基三甲基氯化铵加量为0.15%,反应温度70℃,反应时间10 h。P(DPM-EA)具有良好的双亲性,能有效降低油水界面张力,吸附至油水界面降低油水界面膜强度,从而实现破乳。A series of acrylate polymers were prepared by emulsion polymerization of acidic water-soluble monomeric methacrylic acid(MAA)and alkaline water-soluble monomer dimethyl aminopropyl methacryamide(DPM)with acrylate monomers,respectively.Their demulsification performance was studied.The effects of the mass ratio of DPM to ethyl acrylate(EA),monomer concentration,and initiator concentration on the demulsification performance of P(DPM-EA)were investigated.The recommended synthesis conditions of P(DPM-EA)are as follows:monomer concentration 12.5%,m(EA)∶m(DPM)=1.5∶1,initiator ammonium persulfate 0.5%,emulsifier tetradecyltrimethylammonium chloride 0.15%,reaction temperature 70℃,and reaction time 10 h.In addition,the interfacial properties show that P(DPM-EA)has good amphiphilic properties,which can adsorb on the oil-water interface,effectively reduce the interfacial tension of oil and water,and the strength of oil water interfacial film,thereby achieve demulsification.
