摘 要:在高效低初黏凝胶配方基础上,通过三层并联岩心流动实验和驱油实验,对低初黏凝胶及后续聚合物溶液进行注入参数优化,并开展现场试验证效果。三管并联实验结果表明,经低初黏凝胶调剖后注聚合物溶液高渗层分流率由88.7%降低为37.9%,低渗层由0%提高到24.2%,中渗透层由11.3%提高到37.9%。聚驱后最佳低初黏凝胶-高黏聚合物配方可提高采收率13.6%,较高浓度聚合物驱多提高4.4%,降低聚合物用量28%。现场试验结果表明:阶段采收率提高值3.84%,数模预计最终提高采收率8.16%。On the basis of the high efficiency and low initial viscosity gel formula optimized in the laboratory in the early stage,the injection parameters of low initial viscosity gel and its subsequent polymer solution were optimized through three-layer parallel core flow experiments and oil displacement experiments.The field test has verified the effect.The three-tube parallel experiment shows that after profile control with low initial viscosity gel,the flow fraction of the high permeability layer decreases from 88.7%to 37.9%,the low permeability layer increases from 0%to 24.2%,and the medium permeability layer increases from 11.3%to 37.9%.After polymer flooding,the oil recovery of low initial viscosity gel-high viscosity polymer can be increased by 13.6%,which is 4.4%higher than that of high concentration polymer flooding,and the polymer consumption can be reduced by 28%.The on-site experiment has verified the effectiveness,and the stage recovery rate has increased by 3.84%.The digital model is expected to increase the final recovery rate by 8.16%.
