摘  要:通过设计近井地带高速剪切模拟装置,研究了不同注入强度下非均相体系经近井地带高速剪切后的性能。实验结果表明:随着注入强度由6 m^(3)/(m·d)增加到12 m^(3)/(m·d),高速剪切后的非均相体系溶液表观黏度损失率由12.5%大幅增加至41.2%。在注入强度为12 m^(3)/(m·d)条件下,剪切后的非均相驱油体系黏弹性颗粒明显减少,体系由剪切前的弹性流体变为剪切后黏性流体。岩心渗流和驱油实验表明,经过近井地带高速剪切后,非均相体系渗流阻力系数降低接近90%,提高采收率降低4.2%。The characteristic changes of heterogeneous oil displacement systems under different injection rates after near wellbore high-speed shear was studied using the high-speed shear device.The results indicate that the apparent viscosity loss rate significantly increases from 12.5%to 41.2%with the increase of injection rate from 6 to 12 m^(3)/(m·d).At the injection rate of 12 m^(3)/(m·d),the viscoelastic particles reduce,and the viscosity and elastic modulus correspondingly reduce.Core flooding and oil displacement experiments showed that the resistance coefficient drops near 90%after the shearing near wellbore,and oil recovery reduces to 4.2%.
