摘 要:以黏度、剥离原油效果、油水界面张力、驱油效率等参数为指标,评价了阴离子、非离子表面活性剂复配驱油剂FC的性能。结果表明:1%驱油剂可使实验用原油的油水界面张力降至1.5×10^(-2)mN/m;当温度由30℃升至70℃,驱油剂FC水溶液与原油形成水包油乳状液的临界浓度由0.8%降至0.08%;驱油剂可使水相在亲水、亲油固相界面的接触角降低;通过表面活性剂与碱的协同作用,室温下可使稠油在固相界面的油膜全部剥离。0.5%驱油剂FC可在水驱基础上提高采收率9.6个百分点。Heavy oil displacement agents are different from thin oil agents.The composite oil displacement agent FC was evaluated based on indicators such as viscosity,crude oil stripping effect,oil-water interfacial tension,and oil displacement efficiency.The results indicate that a 1%oil displacement agent can reduce the oil-water interfacial tension of the experimental crude oil to 1.5×10^(-2) mN/m.When the temperature rises from 30 to 70℃,the critical concentration of oil-in-water emulsion formed by oil displacement agent aqueous solution and crude oil decreases from 0.8%to 0.08%.The contact angle of water phase at the interface of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic solid phase can be reduced by oil displacement agent.Through the synergistic effect of surfactants and alkalis,the oil film of heavy oil on the solid phase interface can be completely peeled off under sufficient time conditions at room temperature.0.5%oil displacement agent FC can improve oil recovery by 9.6%on the basis of water displacement.
