摘　　要：体细胞质量指数(BCMI)是生物电阻抗分析的重要参数之一,具有不受维持性血液透析(MHD)患者水合状态影响,且对肌肉质量、蛋白质组织变化和微炎症状态较敏感的优点。目前,BCMI已被应用于临床,包括评估MHD患者的营养状态、微炎症状态、认知功能以及预测不良结局等。本文对基于生物电阻抗分析的BCMI在MHD中的研究进展综述如下,以期指导MHD患者的临床管理。Body cell mass index(BCMI)is one of the important parameters of bioelectrical impedance measurement,BCMI has never been affected by maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)hydration status.It is sensitive to changes of muscle mass,protein organization,and the presence of micro-inflammatory states,which has been initially applied in clinical practice,including the assessment of nutritional status,micro-inflammatory state,cognitive function,and the prediction of adverse outcomes in MHD patients.This article reviewed the current research progress of BCMI measured by bioelectrical impedance in MHD,in order to guide the clinical management of MHD patients.
