摘 要:目的对血液形态学分析系统在异型淋巴检验时的临床应用价值进行相关探讨研究。方法抽取2022年6月至9月宁波市第一医院门诊、住院和体检样本共96例,分别用血液形态学分析系统和血球仪进行检查,以人工镜检为标准,对比两者对于异型淋巴的检验价值。结果在96例样本中人工镜检确认异型淋巴阳性标本数量为53例,血液形态学分析系统组诊断阳性数量50例,血球仪组诊断阳性数量41例。人工镜检与血液形态学分析系统比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.083>0.05),而人工镜检与血球仪比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液形态学分析系统在异型淋巴的检出上更接近人工镜检,优于血球仪,具有更好的临床筛查价值。【Objective】To investigate the clinical application value of hemorphologic analysis system in the examination of heterogeneous lymph.【Methods】A total of 96 outpatient,inpatient and physical examination samples were selected from Ningbo First Hospital from June to September 2022,and were examined by hemorphologic analysis system and hemocytometer,respectively,using artificial microscopy as the standard,to compare the diagnostic value of the two for heterogeneous lymph.【Results】Among the 96 samples,53 cases were confirmed by artificial microscopy,50 cases were confirmed by hemorphology analysis system,and 41 cases were confirmed by hemocytometer.There was no significant difference between artificial microscopy and hemologic analysis system(P=0.083>0.05),while there was significant difference between artificial microscopy and hemocytometer(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The hemorphologic analysis system is closer to the artificial microscope than the hemocytometer in the detection of heterogeneous lymph,and has better clinical screening value.
