摘  要:【目的】探究钩梢对金佛山方竹分枝结构的影响,明确钩梢作用下金佛山方竹在枝条可塑性方面的策略,为金佛山方竹高效培育提供理论依据。【方法】以顶箐山金佛山方竹为材料,使用不同钩梢强度(未钩梢、1/4钩梢、1/3钩梢和1/2钩梢)处理,通过测量并分析立竹枝条生物量、冠型特征(全高、枝下高、枝盘数、隐芽数)和冠形结构因子(枝分角、枝夹角、枝长和枝径)等指标,评价不同钩梢强度的作用效果,并运用Richards方程对枝条生长数据进行拟合,构建时间-发育预测模型。【结果】(1)钩梢明显降低了金佛山方竹枝条的生物量,并且随着钩梢强度的增加,枝条总生物量降低越明显,其中对一级枝条生物量的影响最显著,对二级枝条生物量影响较弱。(2)钩梢降低了金佛山方竹总株高、枝下高、枝盘数和隐芽数,钩梢强度越强影响效果越明显。(3)对金佛山方竹施加较高强度(1/3和1/2钩梢)钩梢后,立竹下层枝条长度显著增加。(4)金佛山方竹可塑性指数受到钩梢影响最大的性状为枝夹角,枝长。(5)钩梢强度对立竹中下层枝条生长速率影响最大为1/2钩梢处理,但是1/3和1/4钩梢处理可以明显使立竹下层枝条的发育时间提前。【结论】钩梢处理降低了金佛山方竹的全株高度、枝盘数,枝下高以及一级分枝的生物量,但是钩梢处理却增加枝条的最大长度,减少了枝夹角,同时增加了枝条的生长速率,使枝条更快生长。钩梢明显改变了金佛山方竹枝条的可塑性,影响了枝条的动态生长。【Objective】This study was designed to explore the influence of obtruncation on the branch structure of Chimonobambusa utilis,and clarify the strategy of branch plasticity of Chimonobambusa utilis under the action of obtruncation,to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient cultivation of Chimonobambusa utilis.【Method】Chimonobambusa utilis in Dingqing Mountain was used as the experimental material,which was treated with different obtruncation intensities(no obtruncation;1/4 obtruncation;1/3 obtruncation;1/2 obtruncation),and the effect of different obtruncation intensities was evaluated by measuring and analyzing the biomass of standing bamboo branches,crown characteristics(total height,height under branches,number of branches,number of hidden buds)and crown structure factors(branch angle,branch angle,branch length and branch diameter).Richards equation was used to fit the branch growth data and build a time development prediction model.【Result】(1)Obtruncation significantly reduced the biomass of Chimonobambusa utilis branches,which decreased significantly with the increase of obtruncation intensity,and among them,the influence on the biomass of the primary branch was the most significant,while the influence on the biomass of the secondary branch was weak.(2)Obtruncation reduced the total plant height,height under branches,number of branch discs and dormant buds,and the greater the obtruncation intensity was,the more obvious the effect was.(3)After applying higher an obtruncation intensity(1/3 and 1/2 obtruncation)to Chimonobambusa utilis,the length of lower branches of standing bamboo increased significantly.(4)The plasticity index of Chimonobambusa utilis was affected by obtruncation the most,which was the angle between branches and the length of branches.(5)The effect of obtruncation intensity on the growth rate of the middle and low-layer branches of standing bamboo was the most significant under the 1/2 obtruncation treatment,while the 1/3 and 1/4 obtruncation treatments could significantly ad
