摘  要:【目的】通过解析三江平原典型森林类型土壤生物群落结构与影响因子,为气候变化背景下三江平原森林生态系统稳定性的维护提供科学理论基础。【方法】采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序和OTU分析法对三江平原蒙古栎次生林、山杨次生林和针阔混交林中土壤细菌和真菌群落组成和多样性进行比较,结合土壤理化性质和酶活性测定,探讨该地区土壤微生物群落的差异与环境因子的相关性。【结果】不同林型的土壤理化性质存在差异,3种林型土壤生物量碳、有机质、有机碳存在显著差异(P<0.05),但土壤温度、pH值差异并不显著。3种林型细菌类群中相对丰度最高的3个门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria,30.3%)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria,24.1%)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria,8.8%);相对丰度最高的3个真菌门为担子菌门(Basidiomycota,68.0%)、子囊菌门(Ascomycota,21.0%)、Fungi;p_菌门(4.8%)。主坐标分析(PCoA)表明,3种林型土壤细菌和真菌群落组间差异和组内差异均较大。冗余分析(RDA)结果发现,土壤总氮量(Total nitrogen,TN)、有机碳(Total organic carbon,TOC)与变形菌门呈正相关关系;pH值、容重(Soil bulk density,SBD)与放线菌门呈正相关关系,其中SBD呈显著正相关(P<0.05);速效钾(Available potassium,AK)与绿弯菌门呈显著正相关;TN与疣微菌门和绿弯菌门呈显著负相关;总磷(Total phosphorus,TP)、pH值和SBD与担子菌门呈正相关,其中TP呈显著正相关(P<0.05);TN和TOC与接合菌门呈正相关。【结论】不同林型间土壤优势细菌丰度差异不明显,优势真菌丰度差距较大。不同林型间土壤微生物结构群落存在差异,明确其环境驱动因子和变化规律,是维持三江平原散生林系统稳定性的重要环节。【Objective】Through understanding soil microbial community structure and influencing factors of typical forest types in Sanjiang plain,this research was conducted to provide a scientific theoretical basis for maintaining the stability of the regional forest ecosystem under the background of climate change.【Method】Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the composition and diversity of soil bacterial and fungal communities in three typical types of scattered forests(Quercus mongolica secondary forest,Populus davidiana secondary forest and coniferous broad-leaved mixed forest)in Sanjiang Plain.The correlation between soil microbial communities and environmental factors was discussed via the combination of soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities.【Result】The results showed that there were differences in soil physical and chemical properties among the three forest types,and the differences in biomass carbon,organic matter and organic carbon were significant(P<0.05),while the differences in soil temperature and pH value were not significant.The three phyla with the highest relative abundance in the bacterial group were Proteobacteria(30.3%),Acidobacteria(24.1%)and Actinobacteria(8.8%).The three phyla with the highest relative abundance at the phylum level were Basidiomycota(68.0%),Ascomycota(21.0%)and Fungi;p__mycota(4.8%).Principal coordinate analysis(PCoA)showed that there were significant differences in soil bacterial and fungal communities among and within groups.Redundancy analysis(RDA)showed that total nitrogen(TN)and total organic carbon(TOC)were positively correlated with Proteus.The pH value was positively correlated with actinomycetes,and soil bulk density(SBD)was significantly positively correlated with actinomycetes(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between available potassium(AK)and Curvularia.TN was significantly negatively correlated with Verruca and Curvularia.Total phosphorus(TP),pH value and SBD were positively correlated wit
