基于A-P-S综合模型的黑龙江大兴安岭林区生态旅游资源评价

摘　　要：【目的】大兴安岭林区生态旅游业不断发展,产业转型效果逐步显现,本研究为进一步促成黑龙江省大兴安岭地区形成特色鲜明的生态旅游产品,增强该地区生态旅游品牌优势,促进区域内部经济社会的发展提升,保护该地区生态环境质量拓宽一定思路。【方法】生态旅游发展的核心是特色资源的良好体现,对生态旅游资源的评价及开发是生态旅游研究工作的前提和基石,本研究基于文献资料的搜集,同时结合了实地调研,针对经济转型明确,林业资源富集的黑龙江省大兴安岭地区生态旅游资源现况进行评价,建立了相应评价指标体系及等级区划标准,并采用AHP-PCA主客观相结合的方法进行赋权,尝试应用集对分析法(SPA)对该地区生态旅游资源现状展开评价,并对其发展趋势进行了预测分析。【结果】在等级区划计算过程中,大兴安岭地区生态旅游资源总体评价得分F=3.480,处于“一般”水平,多数指标集中在“较差”“一般”“较好”等“中间性”区段;受经济及区位发展条件所限,“较差”指标主要集中在旅游开发的基础条件维度,“一般”“较好”等指标主要集中在生物景观资源质量及区域生态环境质量维度;应用集对分析联系度函数及集对势分析结果表明,差异项指标的发展态势在大兴安岭地区生态旅游资源总体发展状况中起决定性作用。【结论】大兴安岭地区林业产业依赖显著,与发达地区相比,在全面停伐转型期受经济区位影响,对生态旅游资源投入具有一定的限制性。在该地区生态旅游资源显著改善的状况下,取较极端状况即差异项指标均转变为同一项指标,该地区发展水平也仅位于“较好”水准。急需必要的方法措施提升“差”“较差”等指标内容,该地区生态旅游资源水平的提高将是一项长期的、必要的管理内容。【Objective】As ecotourism continues to develop in the northeastern forest region,the effects of industrial transformation are gradually emerging.This paper aimed to promote the formation of distinctive ecotourism products in the Daxing’anling region of Heilongjiang Province,enhance the brand advantages of ecotourism in the region,accelerate the economic and social development and protect the quality of the ecological environment in the region.【Method】The core of ecotourism development is a good representation of characteristic resources,and the evaluation and development of ecotourism resources is the premise and cornerstone of ecotourism research work.Based on literature collection and field research,this paper evaluated the current situation of ecotourism resources in the Daxing’anling region of Heilongjiang province,which had a clear economic transformation and rich forestry resources,and established the corresponding evaluation index system and ranking criteria.The AHP-PCA method was used to assign weights,and a set-pair analysis(SPA)was applied to evaluate the current situation of ecotourism resources in the region and predict its development trend.【Result】In the calculation of the classification,the overall evaluation score of ecotourism resources in the Daxing’anling region was F=3.480,indicating an“average”level,with most indicators concentrated in the“poor”,“average”and“good”zones.Most of the indicators were concentrated in the“intermediate”zones such as“poor”,“average”and“good”.Due to the economic and locational development conditions,the“poor”indicators were mainly concentrated under the basic tourism development conditions,and the“average”and“good”indicators were mainly in the biological landscape resource quality and regional ecological environment quality dimensions.The application of the set-pair analysis linkage function and set-pair potential analysis results showed that the development trend of the different indicators played a role in
