术后早期活动方式指导对有生育要求的异位妊娠术后患者的意义分析

摘　　要：目的 分析术后早期活动方式指导对有生育要求的异位妊娠术后患者的意义。方法 60例有生育要求的异位妊娠术后患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组30例。对照组给予常规干预,试验组在对照组的基础上采取术后早期活动方式指导。比较两组患者的临床检查结果评分、一般状况及手术副反应评分、临床症状评分,临床疗效。结果 试验组患者的临床检查结果评分(6.19±0.62)分高于对照组的(4.09±0.51)分,一般状况及手术副反应评分(3.22±0.18)分、临床症状评分(5.38±0.29)分均低于对照组的(5.18±0.58)、(11.99±0.33)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的临床改善率为83.33%,高于对照组的56.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取术后早期活动方式指导对有生育要求的异位妊娠术后患者效果显著,可以改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。Objective To analyze the significance of early postoperative activity guidance for patients with fertility requirements after ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 patients with fertility requirements after ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the experimental group was guided by early postoperative activity on the basis of the control group.The scores of clinical examination results,score of general status and surgical side effects,clinical symptom score,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The score of clinical examination results of(6.19±0.62)points in the experimental group was higher than that of(4.09±0.51)points in the control group;the score of general status and surgical side effects and clinical symptoms in the experimental group were(3.22±0.18)and(5.38±0.29)points,which were lower than those of(5.18±0.58)and(11.99±0.33)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical improvement rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,which was higher than that of 56.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early postoperative activity guidance is significantly effective for patients with fertility requirements after ectopic pregnancy.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worth promoting.
