苏合香药饼穴位贴敷联合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病颈痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察苏合香药饼穴位贴敷联合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)颈痛的临床疗效。方法 将120例CSR颈痛患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组60例予苏合香药饼穴位贴敷联合针刺治疗,对照组60例予常规针刺治疗。2组均治疗2周。比较2组疗效;比较2组治疗前及治疗1、2周Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)评分变化;比较2组治疗前后健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分变化;比较2组治疗前及治疗1、2周简式McGill疼痛量表(SF-MPQ)评分变化。结果 治疗过程中,治疗组脱落1例,对照组脱落2例。治疗组总有效率100%(59/59),对照组总有效率81.03%(47/58),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗1、2周NPQ评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗2周NPQ评分较本组治疗1周降低(P<0.05)。治疗2周治疗组NPQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后除总体健康评分外SF-36其余各项评分及总评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05)。2组治疗后SF-36各项评分及总评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗1、2周SF-MPQ各项评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);2组治疗后SF-MPQ各项评分及总评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 苏合香药饼穴位贴敷联合针刺治疗CSR颈痛,可有效减轻患者颈痛,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint herbal patching(AHP)of Suhexiang medicine cake combined with acupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods Totally 120 patients with CSR were randomized 1:1 to receive conventional acupuncture(the control group)or AHP of Suhexiang medicine cake combined with acupuncture(the treatment group)for 2 weeks.Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire(NPQ),Short-Form 36(SF-36)Health Survey and Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)score were included as comparisons between groups before treatment and 1 and 2 weeks after treatment.The curative effect was assessed.Results During the treatment,one case and 2 cases were lost in the treatment group and the control group,respectively.The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(100%[59/59]vs 81.03%[47/58],P<0.05).The 1-week and 2-week NPQ scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the 2-week NPQ score was lower than that that of 1-week(P<0.05).The 2-weeks NPQ score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Except for the scores of overall health items,the 1-week and 2-week scores and total scores of SF-36 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in each dimension score and total scores of SF-36 between groups after treatment(P>0.05).The 1-week and 2-week scores and total scores of SF-MPQ in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in each dimension score and total scores of SF-MPD between groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with CSR,AHP of Suhexiang medicine cake combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively alleviate the neck pain,and improve the quality of life.
