层级式责任制管理中护理组长职责对儿科护理管理质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:研究层级式责任制管理中护理组长职责对儿科护理管理质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1—12月泰安市妇幼保健院在职的护理人员15名作为研究对象,2022年1—6月实施“护士长-责任护士-助理护士”护理层级式责任制管理模式,2022年7—12月实施“护士长-护理组长-责任护士-助理护士”护理层级式责任制管理模式,比较护理组长职责实施前后护理人员核心能力以及儿科护理管理质量。结果:实施后,护理人员评估与决策能力、观察与处理能力、沟通与合作能力及创新与理解能力评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实施后,护理人员基础护理管理、护理风险防范、规范技术操作、告知义务履行方面评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:层级式责任制管理中护理组长职责可提高护理人员核心能力以及儿科护理管理质量。Objective:To study the influence of nursing group leader's responsibility in hierarchical responsibility system management on the quality of pediatric nursing management.Methods:Fifty nursing staff working in Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects.From January 2022 to June 2022,the nursing hierarchical responsibility system management mode of "head nurse-responsible nurse-assistant nurse" was implemented.From July 2022 to December 2022,the nursing hierarchical responsibility system management mode of "head nurse-nursing group leader-responsible nurse-assistant nurse" was implemented.The core competence of nursing staff and the quality of pediatric nursing management before and after the implementation of the nursing group leader's responsibility.Results:After the implementation,the scores of the evaluation and decision-making ability,the observation and processing ability,the communication and cooperation ability,and the innovation and understanding ability of the nursing staff were higher than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After the implementation,the scores of basic nursing management,nursing risk prevention,standardized technical operation and informing obligation performance of the nursing staff were higher than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The nursing group leader's responsibility in hierarchical responsibility system management can improve the core competence of nursing staff and the quality of pediatric nursing management.
