螺旋离心泵不同工况下流固耦合受力分析

摘  要:螺旋离心泵叶轮结构不对称性,在运行过程中所受一定的轴向力和径向力,对运行效率具有较大影响。对螺旋离心泵进行了全流道固液两相流计算,对叶轮表面压力分布、叶轮表面应力分布进行了分析,得出随着工况不断向大流量方向偏移,叶轮表面的压强逐渐增大,但叶片工作面和背面之间的压差却越来越小。流量和扬程呈负相关的关系,即流量越大,扬程越低。螺旋离心泵在运行过程中存在极大的轴向力,还受到一定的径向力。轴向力随着流量的增大而增大,扬程的增大而减小。螺旋离心泵在设计工况下运行最为稳定,越是偏离设计工况,内部流动情况越为紊乱,螺旋离心泵运行越不稳定,叶轮表面应力分布同样呈现出与流量负相关,即流量增大,叶片的应力和应变变小,在进行叶轮设计时,应在小流量工况下进行强度校核。The asymmetry of impeller structure of spiral centrifugal pump has a great influence on the operation efficiency due to certain axial and radial forces during operation.In this paper,the solid-liquid two-phase flow in the whole channel of spiral centrifugal pump is calculated.The pressure distribution and stress distribution on the impeller surface are analyzed.It is found that the pressure on the impeller surface increases gradually with the working condition shifting to the direction of large flow,but the pressure difference between the working surface and the back surface of the blade is getting smaller and smaller.There is a negative correlation between flow and lift,that is,the greater the flow,the lower the lift.There is a great axial force and a certain radial force in the operation of spiral centrifugal pump.The axial force increases with the increase of flow and decreases with the increase of lift.The spiral centrifugal pump is the most stable under the design condition.The more it deviates from the design condition,the more chaotic the internal flow is,the more unstable the spiral centrifugal pump is,and the stress distribution on the impeller surface is also negatively correlated with the flow rate.That is,when the flow rate increases,the stress and strain of the blade become smaller.When designing the impeller,the strength should be checked under the condition of small flow rate.
