摘  要:在铁钻工上配置丝扣油喷油器,可在铁钻工上扣之前对管柱接头螺纹喷涂丝扣油,以替代传统由人工操作方式进行涂抹丝扣油。针对使用工况,设计了采用油气联合控制的丝扣油喷油器结构,为了分析影响丝扣油喷涂效果的喷嘴结构、工况等相关因素,建立了基于离散相的喷嘴三维流体有限元仿真模型,并进行了喷涂效果仿真分析。分析结果表明,喷嘴的进油口孔径为2 mm,油口长度11.5 mm,进气孔径1.6 mm,进气孔倾斜度10°,均匀设置6个进气口时,喷涂效果最好,为喷嘴的优选结构参数;基于以上结构参数所研制的丝扣油喷油器现场使用效果良好,满足作业现场对丝扣油喷油器结构可靠、体积小、质量轻,喷涂均匀的要求。Thread compound spraying device is configured in iron roughneck,which can spray thread compound on the inner wall of the internal thread of the drill pipe before make-up a drill pipe and can replace traditional hand operation.According to the working conditions,thread compound spraying device is designed,in order to analyze the related factors such as nozzle structure and working conditions which affect the spraying effect of thread compound,a three-dimensional finite element fluid simulation model of the nozzle based on discrete phase is established and the spraying effect is simulated.The analysis results show that when the oil inlet aperture of the nozzle is 2 mm,the length of the oil inlet is 11.5 mm,the air inlet aperture is 1.6 mm,the inclination of the air inlet is 10°,and six air inlet are uniformly set,spraying effect is the best,which are the optimal structural parameters of the nozzle.Based on the above structural parameters,thread compound spraying device is developed and has a good field application results,which can meet the requirements of reliable structure,small volume,light weight and uniform spraying.
