摘 要:底盘调平系统作为番茄收获机主要构成部分之一,其稳定性对整机采收效果的影响至关重要。当收获机采收作业车身产生左右倾斜时,如果底盘调平系统不能正常工作,将导致输送和色选皮带跑偏及偏磨、色选精度下降、割刀断裂,甚至整机侧翻。分别以番茄收获机底盘左右侧平衡时和倾斜α角时两种状态下的油缸受力分析为切入点,确定了油缸和泵的主要技术参数,设计出底盘调平液压系统原理,并结合AMESim系统仿真软件对调平效果进行了模拟验证。As one of the main components of tomato harvester,the stability of chassis leveling system is very important to the harvest effect of the whole machine.When the harvester body tilts left and right during harvesting,if the chassis leveling system cannot work normally,it will lead to deviation and eccentric wear of conveying and color selection belt,decline of color selection accuracy,fracture of cutter,and even rollover of the whole machine.In this paper,the left and right sides of the tomato harvester chassis are balanced and tiltedαangle respectively taking the force analysis of the hydraulic cylinder under the two states as the starting point,the main technical parameters of the cylinder and pump are determined,the principle of the chassis leveling hydraulic system is designed,and the leveling effect is simulated and verified with AMESim system simulation software.
