摘 要:针对组合机床电液控制系统故障诊断复杂、故障诊断精度下降的问题,提出一种分布式故障诊断策略;在组合机床电液控制系统故障分析的基础上,对电液系统关键组件进行故障诊断单元分类,构建了分布式故障诊断架构;通过智能传感器采集的相关信号,进行故障确认滤波后获取故障信息;在建立的组合机床电液控制系统试验环境中验证故障诊断策略的可靠性。实验结果表明,采用的分布式故障诊断策略能够快速地诊断故障,提高故障诊断精度。Aiming at the problems of complex fault diagnosis and decline in fault diagnosis accuracy of modular machine tool electro-hydraulic control system,a distributed fault diagnosis strategy is proposed.Based on the fault analysis of modular machine tool electro-hydraulic control system,the key components of electro-hydraulic system are classified into fault diagnosis units,and a distributed fault diagnosis architecture is constructed.The fault information is obtained after fault confirmation and filtering through the relevant signals collected by intelligent sensors,The reliability of the fault diagnosis strategy is verified in the established test environment of the modular machine tool electro-hydraulic control system.The experimental results show that the distributed fault diagnosis strategy can diagnose faults quickly and improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis.
