摘  要:核电主泵静压轴封在实际运行中,可能出现一号密封阀门误操作关闭的状态,造成二号密封压力升高使一号密封压差降低,严重时会损坏一号密封;以法马通(FRAMATOME)的100型轴封为样品,通过流固热耦合分析模型以及特制的试验台架,从仿真模型计算、台架静态和动态方面研究一号密封泄漏阀误关闭时对主泵运行参数的影响。In the actual operation of the static pressure shaft seal of the main nuclear power pump,the state of misoperation and closing of the No.1 seal valve may occur,which causes the rise of the pressure of No.2 Seal to reduce the pressure difference of No.1 seal and damage the No.1 Seal in serious cases;in this paper,the 100-type shaft seal of FRAMATOME is taken as the sample,through fluid-solid thermal coupling analysis model and special test bench,from the simulation model calculation,research on static and dynamic aspects of bench the influence of No.1 seal leakage valve on main pump operation parameters when it is mistakenly closed.
