摘　　要：Since the establishment of the theory of plate tectonics in the1960s and 1970s,the comprehension of global tectonics has shifted from “fixism” to “mobilism”,which is hailed as a revolution in earth science(Vine,1966;Dewey and Bird,1970).According to the basic theoretical framework of plate tectonics,the Earth’s surface can be divided into a number of rigid lithospheric plates,which move relative to one another on the ductile asthenosphere,giving rise to deformation。
