摘 要:回顾了甜菜碱的制备工艺和流程,并基于甜菜碱分子结构和作用特点,将其在皮肤护理中的应用进行了整理和分类,阐明了相应的作用机理。此外,进一步阐述了甜菜碱在化妆品技术中的应用,如能够与多种分子协同形成超分子结构,用于活性成分的提取和包裹,为发酵工艺提供甲基供体,以及与其他功效物组合发挥协同效果。Betaine is often used as an effective ingredient in cosmetics and it has been widely used in the field of personal care due to its antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and penetration-modulating properties.In this review,the manufacturing process of betaine was introduced,including plant extraction and chemical synthesis.Furthermore,based on its molecular structure and functional characteristics,its application in functional skin care,and the mechanism of action were reviewed.Other applications of betaine in cosmetic technology were also introduced,such as cooperating with a variety of molecules to form supramolecular structures for the extraction and encapsulation of active ingredients,improving fermentation processes,or providing synergistic effects with other active substances.
