滇白珠的化学成分、药理活性及质量控制研究

摘　　要：应用有机化学分析方法,以HPLC为分析工具,对滇白珠的主要化学成分进行初步分析,提取有效化学成分;而后通过药理活性实验,对滇白珠的药理活性进行测试,结果显示,滇白珠地上部分对J774巨噬细胞株的抑制作用最为突出,其主要源于水杨酸甲酯糖苷类化合物、滇白珠素A和滇白珠素B的作用。在此基础上,结合当前滇白珠变种较多易混淆的现状,从多个角度入手提出质量控制方面的相关建议,以期为今后的滇白珠研究与应用提供参考。To study the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of Gaultheria leucocarpa var.yunnanensis(a traditional Chinese/ethnic medicine,“Dianbaizhu”),,in this work,the main chemical components of Dianbaizhu were separated and identified by UPLC method.Combined with the analysis results and academic literature,its effective components were selected and its pharmacological activities were further investigated.The results showed that,the aboveground part of Dianbaizhu had prominent inhibitory effect on J774 macrophage cell line,which was mainly ascribed to the methyl salicylate glycosides,gaultherin A and gaultherin B therein.Based on this work,the quality control strategy of Dianbaizhu was proposed,which could provide some reference for the follow-up research of Dianbaizhu.
