摘　　要：只有保持良好的身体健康状态,公安民警才能更好地履行自己的职责使命。利用某省公安机关40051例调查数据,实施了民警身体健康状况分析。研究显示:民警体重正常的比例只有46.4%,超重、肥胖和偏瘦的情况比较严重;常发慢性疾病的患病率从高到低依次是高血压、心脏病、严重肠胃病、糖尿病、严重关节炎;民警的健康自评情况不容乐观;民警体质指数、常发慢性疾病、健康自评存在性别、警种、年龄、职位级别等方面的群际差异,且显示出关联性。调查结果可以为公安管理工作提供依据。Maintaining good health is critical for police officers to perform their duties and carry out their missions effectively.Based on 40,051 cases in one province,this research analyzes the physical fitness status of police officers,founding out that firstly,only 46.4%police officers had a normal weight,while overweight,obesity and underweight are common among police officers;secondly,chronic diseases prevail among police officers,including high blood pressure,heart disease,severe gastroenteropathy,diabetes,and severe arthritis in descending order of frequency;thirdly,police officers show low self-assessment of their health;lastly,significant inter-group differences in body mass index,common chronic diseases,and self-health assessments were observed based on factors such as gender,police category,age,and post level.The research findings will provide reference for police management.
