摘　　要：为满足小卫星连接分离机构的电机致动要求,本文以单片机为核心设计了小卫星连接分离机构的双电机致动控制器。控制器通过实时检测机构状态信号和电信号,控制双电机致动连接分离机构锁紧与解锁,自适应的冗余控制策略使致动电机可工作于双电机控制模式和单电机控制模式。实验测试结果表明:控制器在-25℃~55℃范围内可正常工作,并且在双电机和单电机控制模式下均可实现连接分离机构的精准控制、快速可靠致动和可重复测试等。In order to meet the motor actuation requirements of the small satellite connecting and separating mechanism.a dual-motor actuation controller of the small satellite connecting and separating mechanism is designed based on the single chip microcontroller.The controller controls the locking and unlocking of the dual-motor actuating connection separation mechanism through real-time det ection of the mechanism status signal and electrical signal.The adaptive redundant control strategy enables the actuating motor to work in the dual-motor control mode and the single-motor control mode.The test results show that the controller can work normally in the range of-25℃~55℃,and can meet the requirements of precise control,fast and reliable actuation and repeatable test of the connecting and separating mechanism in both dual and single motor control mode.
