摘　　要：以隧道窑系统为研究对象,分析了过程控制工程课程中的串级控制系统的结构和特点。同时,应用单回路控制系统和串级控制系统进行隧道窑系统的温度控制。在MATLAB中的Simulink平台上仿真运行控制效果,串级控制虽然结构相比单回路控制系统仅仅增加了一个副回路,但是控制效果有显著提升。Taking the tunnel kiln system as the research object,the structure and characteristics of the cascade control system in the course of process control engineering are analyzed.At the same time,single loop control system and cascade control system are used to control the temperature of tunnel kiln system.The control effect is simulated on the Simulink platform in MATLAB.Although the cascade control structure only adds a secondary loop compared with the single loop control system,the control effect is significantly improved.
