摘　　要：构建战略性新兴产业创新生态系统对提升战略性新兴产业协同创新水平与持续竞争力具有重要的推动作用。本论文对河北省战略性新兴产业创新生态系统的内涵、构成、运行机制进行了研究,并提出了加强政府政策引导、促进创新主体融合、重视科技人才引进的推进河北省战略性新兴产业创新生态系统优化的对策建议。本文的研究对拓宽河北省创新生态思路提供了一定的理论支撑与决策参考,亦对提升河北省的创新能力、促进经济的高质量发展具有重要的实践意义。The construction of strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem plays an important role in promoting synergetic innovation level and sustainable competitiveness of strategic emerging industry.This paper studies the connotation,composition,and operating mechanism of the strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem in Hebei Province,and it also suggests strengthening the government policy guidance,promoting the integration of innovation subjects and attaching importance to the introduction of scientific and technological talents to promote the construction of strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem in Hebei Province.This study provides important theoretical support and decision-making reference for Hebei sustainable innovation ecology,it has important practical significance for promoting its innovation ability and high-quality economic development.
