摘 要:鼻区位于颜面突出部位,遭受外力时易骨折。由于鼻区骨性解剖结构复杂,鼻区骨折的鉴定经常存在放射学诊断和法医学诊断不一致的情况。近年来,随着人工智能技术的飞速发展,AI技术在医学影像领域的应用日新月异,使得鼻区骨折影像智能诊断系统的构建成为解决鼻区骨折鉴定难题的有力途径。本文综述AI在鼻区骨折影像诊断中应用的现状、机遇与挑战,以期为致力于从事AI法医学应用研究的学者提供参考和借鉴。The nasal area is located at the protruding part of the face,which is likely to fracture when subjected to external forces.Due to the complex anatomical structure of the nasal bones,the diagnose of nasal fracture is often inconsistent between radiological and forensic examination.In recent years,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence(Al)technology,the application of AI technology in the field of medical imaging is growing rapidly,making the construction of the imaging intelligent diagnosis system for nasal fracture become a capable way to solve the problems of nasal fracture identification.This article reviewed the current situation,opportunities,and challenges of Al-related medical imaging of nasal fracture,with a view to providing reference for scholars dedicated to the research of Al-related forensic application.
