摘　　要：高密度聚乙烯HDPE压力管道以其优异的性能在燃气、给水等领域获得广泛应用,但对HDPE压力管道的损伤行为认知的缺乏,导致设备工程安全需求无法满足。总结了HDPE最主要的2种损伤模式即老化损伤和应力损伤的研究进展与不足,阐述了老化损伤和应力损伤的损伤机理,总结了环境因素和内部因素对老化损伤、应力状态对应力损伤的影响机理及损伤演化过程,并分析了其损伤表征方法的进展和不足。结合特种设备特别是承压设备行业的需求,分析了现有研究的不足,并展望了未来工程研究的方向。HDPE pressure pipeline has been widely used for its excellent properties in gas,water supply and other fields.However,lack of knowledge and research on damage behavior of HDPE pressure pipeline has resulted in the shortage of safety requirements for equipment engineering.This paper summarizes the research progress of the two main damage modes of HDPE,i.e.,aging damage mode and stress damage mode,and expounds the damage mechanisms,evolution processes and influencing factors.It also reviews the existing research problems and looks ahead the future research direction in special equipment engineering.
