摘　　要：在我国计划经济时期工艺美术行业是出口手工艺产品,为国家建设换取外汇的重要行业之一。20世纪50年代,在政府的支持下,宜兴紫砂工艺厂恢复生产。同时,顺应着社会主义现代化建设的脚步,高校也恢复办学,并对民间美术相关从业人员进行了“学以致用”的培养。宜兴紫砂厂非常重视美术设计方面,主动与高校保持着紧密联系,曾与中央工艺美术学院、南京艺术学院、无锡轻工业学校、浙江美术学院等都有合作办学或代培学员。本文通过对计划经济时期宜兴紫砂工艺厂的美术设计教育的梳理,讨论美术设计在传统手工艺行业中的重要性,同时结合当下时代的发展,思考如今手工艺行业应该如何发展、如何教育等问题。In the period of planned economy,arts and crafts industry is one of the important industries to export handicraft products and exchange foreign exchange for national construction.With the support of the government,Yixing Zisha Craft Factory resumed production.At the same time,in line with the pace of socialist modernization,colleges and universities have resumed running schools,and trained the folk art related practitioners to"apply what they have learned".Yixing Zisha Factory attaches great importance to art design and actively keeps close contact with universities.It has cooperated with Central Academy of Arts and Crafts,Nanjing Art College,Wuxi Light Industry School and Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts to run schools or train students on behalf of others.This paper discusses the importance of art design in traditional handicraft industry by combing the art design education of Yixing Zisha Craft Factory during the planned economy period.Combined with the development of the present era,this paper thinks about how the handicraft industry should develop and educate.
