摘 要:洁净钢的生产制备是当前冶金铸造行业的研究热点之一。为实现钢水深度净化,常选用泡沫陶瓷对钢液进行过滤,达到截留非金属夹杂物、大幅提高特种钢合格率的目的。基于泡沫陶瓷制备中应用最广泛的有机泡沫浸渍法,系统阐述了国内外铸钢用泡沫陶瓷过滤器在聚氨酯泡沫预处理、高性能陶瓷浆料制备、二次离心挂浆、真空渗透和高温烧结等工艺的研究现状,归纳了改善泡沫陶瓷材料力学性能和过滤效率的主要方法,并展望了未来铸钢用泡沫陶瓷过滤器的研究方向。The production and preparation of clean steel have become one of the current research hotspots in the metallurgical casting industry.In order to achieve deep purification of liquid steel,ceramic foam are often used in the industry to filter liquid steel to remove non-metallic inclusions and greatly improve the qualified rate of special steel.Based on the most widely used organic polymer sponge replica technique in the preparation of ceramic foam,the research status of the polyurethane foam pretreatment,high-performance ceramic slurry process,secondary centrifugal slurry preparation,vacuum infiltration and high-temperature sintering for the ceramic foam filter for steel casting are systematically elucidated.The main methods to improve the mechanical properties and filtration efficiency of ceramic foam materials are summarized,while the future research directions of ceramic foam filters for cast steel are also discussed.
