摘  要:文章针对大型复摆颚式破碎机的活动颚板建立运动模型,确定了动颚摆动次数、推板长度、推板转角角度等参数的设置要求,以运动方程和量化参数为基础,依托离散单元法和EDEM仿真软件建立仿真模型,并设置球体形式的矿石颗粒和箱体构型的破碎腔,模拟和分析了动颚水平行程、动颚和定颚之间的啮角与破碎力的关系。研究结果显示:在20 mm、25 mm、30 mm三种行程中,30 mm所对应的破碎力峰值最大;在20°、23°、26°三种啮角中,23°啮角可产生最大破碎力。This article sets out to establish a model for the movable jaw plate of a large-scale compound pendulum jaw breaker,and determines the requirements for setting parameters such as the swing frequency of the movable jaw,the length of the push plate,and the angle of the turn of the push plate.Based on the motion equation and quantitative parameters,a simulation model is proposed by relying on the discrete element method and EDEM simulation software,a crushing chamber with spherical ore particles and box configuration is set up to simulate and analyze the relationship between horizontal stroke of the movable jaw,the meshing angle between the moving and fixed jaws and the crushing force.The research results indicate that in the three strokes of 20 mm,25 mm,and 30 mm,30 mm corresponds to the largest peak crushing force;Among the three meshing angles of 20°,23°,and 26°,the maximum crushing force can be generated by the angle of 23°.
