法学视域下商务诚信体系的构建——以宁夏枸杞产业为例

摘　　要：商务诚信是企业之间、企业与消费者之间和谐关系的体现,是社会信用体系建设的重要组成部分。宁夏是枸杞传统主产区,枸杞栽培历史悠久,产品的市场知名度较高,枸杞产业已成为宁夏地区经济发展的重要特色产业。因此,宁夏枸杞产业的商务诚信体系建设水平如何,关乎宁夏经济社会能否得以高质量发展。文章针对宁夏枸杞产业商务诚信体系建设中存在的诸如法律法规保障不健全、市场监管力度不足等问题,就如何进一步完善宁夏枸杞产业商务诚信体系,提出了完善质量监测体系、健全市场运行规范、加强对地理标志产品的监管等具体建议。Business integrity is the embodiment of the harmonious relationship between enterprises and between enterprises and consumers,and is a key component of the social credit system.Ningxia is a traditional main production area of goji berries,with a long history of goji berry cultivation and high market recognition of its products.In recent years,the goji berry industry has become an important characteristic industry for Ningxia.Therefore,the construction of business integrity system of goji berry industry is crucial for the high-quality development of Ningxia's economy and society.In view of this,aiming at the issues such as unsound legal and regulation systems and insufficient market supervision,the thesis proposes specific suggestions to further improve the business integrity system in terms of improving the quality monitoring system,perfecting market operation norms and strengthening the supervision of geographical indication products.
