摘 要:酰胺键是蛋白质和多肽的基本骨架单元,也是许多药物分子中的骨架官能团,在食品、化学、药物化学等方面具有重要的作用。酰胺类化合物种类繁多,以其为底物进行官能团转化,扩大其使用范围,具有重要应用价值。酰胺键稳定且不易断裂,寻求温和条件下酰胺键断裂生成酯的研究受到研究者的关注。综述了伯、仲、叔以及环状酰胺的醇解。Amide bond is the basic building block of proteins and polypeptides,and it is also the skeleton functionality in many drug molecules.It plays an important role in food,chemistry and medicinal chemistry,etc.Owing to the wide variety of amides,chemical transformation using amides as substrates can broaden their utility scope and has great value.Since the amide bond is stable and difficult to break,studies on the cleavage of amide bond by alcoholysis under mild condition have attracted significant attentions of researchers.This article reviews the alcoholysis of primary,secondary,tertiary and cyclic amides.
