摘  要:以二苯基氧膦(DPPO)和马来酸(MA)为原料合成新型含磷阻燃剂2-(二苯基磷酰基)琥珀酸(DPPSA),采用傅里叶变换红外(FT IR)光谱,^(1)H NMR和^(13)C NMR核磁共振光谱表征化合物,并利用正交试验对反应的条件进行优化。结果表明,产物结构与目标产物结构一致,最佳反应条件为反应时间为20 h,n(DPPO)∶n(MA)为1.0∶1.3,溶剂用量为200 mL,DPPSA产率为83.4%。A new phosphorus-containing flame retardant,2-(diphenylphosphoryl)succinic acid(DPPSA),was synthesized from diphenylphosphorus oxide and maleic acid.FT IR and^(1)H NMR were utilized to characterize the structure of the compound,and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the reaction conditions.The results showed that the structure of the product is consistent with the structure of the target compound.The optimal reaction conditions were that the reaction time is 20 h,the molar ratio of raw materials is 1.0∶1.3,the amount of solvent is 200 mL and the yield of DPPSA is 83.4%.
