摘　　要：为实现杂色杜父鱼(Cottus poecilopus Heckel)规模化全人工繁育,采用人工繁殖的2龄杂色杜父鱼进行了繁育试验。在水泥池中进行亲鱼培育,挂袋投喂冰冻卤虫,亲鱼平均体质量为9 g,共21万尾,雌雄数量比为(2~3)∶1。亲鱼性成熟后,通过挤腹采卵、等渗液采精和等渗液载精授精等方式获得受精卵,在玻璃钢平列槽中孵化受精卵,在出苗量达1%时对发眼卵进行降氧孵化,并在玻璃钢槽中进行稚鱼培育,其间投喂卤虫无节幼体活体、冰冻海溞。试验结果:亲鱼培育成活率达90%;共采卵1 178万粒,受精率为93.0%;发眼积温105~126℃·d,发眼率为96.0%;降氧孵化的出苗积温为250~310℃·d,孵化率为92.3%,共获得仔鱼971万尾;稚鱼养殖成活率96.7%,共培育平均体质量1.3 g的稚鱼939万尾。In order to achieve large-scale completely artificial propagation of Cottus poecilopus,a breeding experiment was carried out with 2-year-old artificially bred C.poecilopus.The broodstock was cultivated in cement ponds and fed frozen artemia in hanging bags.The average body weight of 210000 broodstock was 9 g and the ratio of male to female was(2-3)∶1.After the parent fish became sexually mature,the fertilized eggs were obtained by squeezing the abdomen,isotonic sperm collection and isotonic insemination.Fertilized eggs were hatched in the FRP parallel groove,and the eyed eggs were incubated by deoxygenation when the seedling emergence reached 1%.The larvae were reared in FRP trough and fed with live or frozen of Artemia nauplii.The results showed that the survival rate of broodstock reached 90%.A total of 11.78 million eggs were collected,and the completely artificial hatching rate was 93.0%.The accumulated temperature was 105~126℃·d at the eyeing stage with 96.0%hatching rate.The hypoxic hatching accumulated temperature during seedling emergence was 250~310℃·d with 92.3%hatching rate,and total of 9.71 million larvae were obtained.The survival rate of juvenile fish was 96.7%,and a total of 9.39 million juvenile fish with an average body weight of 1.3 g were reared.
