摘 要:为了探究微水条件下SF_(6)/CF_(4)混合气体中的环氧树脂低温沿面闪络特性,开展0.2 MPa与0.4 MPa两个气压下50%SF_(6)/50%CF_(4)混合气体在不同温度和微水含量条件下的环氧树脂沿面放电试验。文中利用板—板电极模拟切向电场为主的准均匀电场,通过计算和实验探究了微水含量的选取和控制方法,研究了温度和微水含量对50%SF_(6)/50%CF_(4)混合气体中准均匀电场沿面闪络的影响,研究发现:沿面闪络电压随温度降低呈先减小后稳定的变化规律,仅当试验气压为0.2 MPa且含水量为3000 ppm(1 ppm=1×10^(-6))时,沿面闪络电压随温度降低呈先增大后减小的规律;微水含量在300~3000 ppm范围内时,微水含量对气压为0.2 MPa和0.4 MPa的50%SF_(6)/50%CF_(4)混合气体中沿面闪络击穿场强的影响不大。试验可为低温下的GIS等设备的状态评估提供参考。For exploring the low-temperature surface flash-over characteristic of epoxy resin in SF_(6)/CF_(4) gas mixtures under microwater conditions,the surface discharge tests of epoxy resin in 50%SF_(6)/50%CF_(4) gas mixtures under pressures of 0.2 MPa and 0.4 MPa with different temperatures and microwater contents are carried out.In this paper,the plate-plate electrode is used to simulate the quasi-uniform electric field which is dominated by tangential electric field.The selection and control methods of microwater content are explored through calculation and experiment.Besides,the influence of temperature and microwater content on the quasi-uniform electric field along the surface flash-over in 50%SF_(6)/50%CF_(4) gas mixture is studied.It is found that with the decrease of temperature the surface flash-over voltage exhibits the rule of first increase and then decrease.In the case of the test gas pressure at 0.2 MPa and the microwater contents at 3000 ppm(1 ppm=1×10^(-6)),the surface flash-over voltage shows the rule of first increase and then decrease with the decrease of temperature.When the microwater content is between 300~3000 ppm,the influence of the microwater on the surface flash-over breakdown field strength of 50%SF_(6)/50%CF_(4) gas mixture at the gas pressure of 0.2 MPa and 0.4 MPa is not significant.The test can provide the condition assessment of such equipment as GIS at low temperature.
